This work is the record about the private space at the riot police which is observed by a policeman whom had served his military. After spending a few months to adjust himself to the repressive environment, the policeman finds that the system was obliging him to be the insider of the real world. By the time he gets used to the transcendence state of space and time of the police where are different from the society, the space of the police station began to invoke his interest. The modernized building interior was hardly having the panopticon structure. However, there was the closed and prohibited boundary where maintains the separated sense of space while physically remaining inside of the building. It would be possible to interpret such invisible-real sense of space as the concealment, which assimilates with the military concept for space. However, the real spectacle within the prohibited space was functioning there without any correspondence for the actual space.
The prohibited area of the police station; gymnasium and underground passageway in the photography are having the strange structures and formations, and they are transferring the total separation and distinction from the main building. The photography, therefore signifies the rearer structure and the invisible system of the police, as if it becomes a metaphor about the established orders of real social structure.
